This is a great company for shipping overall, but be aware that pricing may change. Our shipping costs were adjusted several times during the process. They did communicate this with us, but in the end the price increased by another $5,000. Due to that jump, we chose to pick up the shipment ourselves rather than have it delivered to our home.Posted on Google
Snow FranchukWe recently used this company for our international move from Canada to Dubai, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their team was incredibly professional, organized, and supportive throughout the whole process. Our shipment about 300 kg of personal belongings, including a lot of fragile items like glass décor, heritage dinnerware, and other sentimental pieces, was handled with care that genuinely exceeded our expectations. Our boxes arrived earlier than we did, which already tells you how efficient they are! And the best part? They allowed us to keep our shipment stored for a few weeks until we officially settled into our new apartment in Dubai. That flexibility made a huge difference during such a stressful transition. When we finally opened everything, every single item was in perfect condition 100/100. Not a single scratch, chip, or issue. For anyone who has ever moved fragile or valuable items overseas, you know how rare and impressive that is. Absolutely fantastic service, smooth communication, fast delivery, and flawless handling. We couldn’t be happier and truly recommend them to anyone planning an international move. They made one of the hardest parts of relocating feel effortless. 🙌✨Posted on Google
Dana CharltonGlen was super responsive to all my questions and provided a turnkey service for my delivery of household items from Calgary to West Vancouver. I still can’t believe how fast he did that. I definitely recommend and would use Ocean-Air Freight again.Posted on Google
Martin Saunier-PlumazI was positively impressed with Ocean-Air Freight’s service when I relocated from Canada to Mauritius. Their door-to-door service is top notch, yet, very affordable compared to other companies. ALL household items arrived in mint condition (they had even palletized all the loose boxes to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged during shipping). Communication with the team was amazing all throughout the process. I recommend them 1,000%!Posted on Google
Melissa OffnerI never write reviews but reading reviews helped me pick this company to ship our household goods from Vancouver to France. All in all, they were very good. I had a lot of emails back and forth with them throughout the entire process. We had to change destinations a few times but in the end, everything went well and our goods made it safely across the ocean and within the timeframe we wanted. It's definitely a stressful process but I'm grateful they helped us along the way.Posted on Google
